The cathode lithium supplement electrode includes a cathode layer and a lithium supplement layer coated on the cathode layer, and the cathode layer is a lithium iron phosphate cathode layer, and the lithium supplement layer is a Mo-W@BNC-supported lithium oxalate and lithium squarate composite; wherein the mass ratio of the lithium supplement layer and the cathode layer is 0.5~2:15~20, and the mass ratio of the Mo-W@BNC to lithium oxalate and lithium squarate is 0.5~2: 5~10.
