At 14:00 on September 2, 2019, the "Electric Energy Storage and Conversion Laboratory Doctoral Graduation Defense" was held in the conference room A220 of the New Electric Building. The graduates participating in the defense were Dr. Shuping Li and Dr. Zhuoran Zhang. The topics of the defense were respectively : Design of metal and eutectic accelerator and its application in high-performance lithium/sodium-sulfur batteries, design of sulfide solid electrolyte and its application in all-solid-state batteries, the tutor is Professor Xie Jia, and the defense committee members are : Defense Chair Professor Zhou Liang, defense committee Professor Deng Hexiang, Professor Zeng Dawen, Professor Han Jiantao, Professor Huo Kaifu, and Defense Secretary Dr. Zeng Ziqi.

The judges and teachers affirmed the research results presented by Li Shuping and Zhang Zhuoran and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement, and finally unanimously agreed to pass the reply. Congratulations to Dr. Shuping Li and Dr. Zhuoran Zhang for successfully completing their Ph.D. graduation defense, and they will make more achievements in the future!
