On November 19th, the final acceptance meeting of the 973 project, with Professor Xie Jia from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the chief scientist, was held in Electrical Building A316. Experts attending the meeting included the responsible experts of the field advisory group: Academician Sun Shigang of Xiamen University, Researcher Lu Gongxuan of Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Researcher Yuan Zhenhong of Guangzhou Institute of Energy Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Project expert group: Professor Wen Zhaoyin, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Ai Xinping of Wuhan University, Professor Zheng Honghe of Soochow University; peer experts: Professor Mu Shichun of Wuhan University of Technology, Professor Gao Yun of Hubei University. Academician Cheng Shijie, Secretary Chen Jin, and key members of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Wang Kangli, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Yuan Lixia and Professor Chang Haixin, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Professor Hu Jingping, School of Environmental Science and Engineering More than 40 people attended the meeting.
First of all, the meeting was presided over by Professor Wang Kangli. Chen Jin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering, gave a welcome speech. In the welcome speech, Secretary Chen expressed his heartfelt thanks to the experts, leaders at all levels and the project undertaking units for their strong support to the project.Everyonefully affirmed the outstanding results of the project.Wehope that the experts will provide more valuable opinions and suggestions on the acceptance of the project and wish the acceptance meetinggeta complete success.
Subsequently, the project chief Professor Xie Jia reported on the completion of the project plan, main research progress and innovative results, and answered questions from experts.
Finally, the participating experts put forward a series of constructive opinions on the implementation of the topics and the development of the next step, congratulated on the outstanding achievements of each topic, and put forward relevant suggestions and guidance for the upcoming project acceptance work. The acceptance of the 973 project "Basic research on interface problems of high specific energy lithium-sulfur secondary batteries" was successfully completed.
