Congratulations to Dr. Zhuoran Zhang and Dr. Yulong Sun for their co-authored article on the silicon-germanium-doped silver-sulfide-germanite solid electrolyte accepted by J.Mater.Chem.A!

Congratulations to the research team, Dr. Zhuoran Zhang and Dr. Yulong Sun, as a co-author of a paper accepted by the international authoritative journal "Journal of Materials Chemistry A"! The topic of the thesis is "Design and Synthesis of Room Temperature Stable Li-Argyrodite Superionic Conductors via Cation Doping".

This article explores the effect of using only cation doping to stabilize the high-temperature phase of silver thiogermanium. Through the combination of calculation and experiment, the effect of Al, B, Si, Ge on the partial substitution of P in Li7PS6 was studied. It is found that Ge and Si can also stabilize the high temperature phase of Li7PS6 after partially replacing the position of P, forming a high-conductivity solid solution Li7+xMxP1–xS6 (M = Si, Ge, 0 <x≤0.35). The maximum conductivity is 2×10-3S cm-1 (Li7.3Ge0.3P0.7S6), and the electrochemical stability of samples doped with Si is higher.
